No refunds after closing date
Liability Release:
In return for the right to enter the Orchard Hill property, I agree to release Orchard Hill Properites, LLC, its employees, volunteers and affiliated persons from all liability related to injuries, death or property damage sustained while on the premises or resulting from being on the premises and to compensate said parties for legal expenses paid to defend against claims made by me or on my behalf.
