Gifted Session Initiative – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Nominations are open to individuals and families within [your service area]. Nominees must be willing and able to travel to the agreed session location if selected.
2. Nomination Period
Nominations will open February 28, 2026. All submissions received will remain eligible through December 2026. There is no need to re-submit a nomination.
3. Selection Process
One recipient will be selected each month beginning March 2026. The selected nominee will be chosen at the sole discretion of Shannon Avila Photography. The nominator will be contacted first to confirm details before the recipient is notified.
4. Session Details
Each gifted session includes:
One (1) 45-minute photography session
One (1) large printed portrait of the recipient’s choice
(Valued at $325)
The session will be scheduled during the month following selection and must be completed within that month unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Location & Timing
Sessions will take place at a location determined by Shannon Avila Photography (studio or approved outdoor location). Date and time are subject to availability.
6. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value
The gifted session is non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied toward previously booked sessions or other services.
7. Additional Images & Products
The gifted session includes one large printed portrait. Additional images, prints, or products may be purchased separately but are not required.
8. Rescheduling Policy
If the recipient needs to reschedule, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Excessive cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the gifted session.
9. Model Release
By accepting the gifted session, the recipient agrees to allow Shannon Avila Photography to use images from the session for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise discussed in writing prior to the session.
10. Right to Decline
Shannon Avila Photography reserves the right to decline or cancel a gifted session if circumstances arise that prevent the session from being completed safely or respectfully.
