Retreat Policy/Terms
Pricing is for 1 person, 1 table per Themed Retreat or Workshop.
Registration
Please register at least 30 days prior to an event. We do except reservations up to the date of the event however, we can not guarantee hotel room rates and availability and, we can not guarantee retreat availability. If registering within two weeks prior to an event, please call or email to check on availability prior to registration.
Payment
We accept PayPal & personal checks. Checks must be made out in full and must be received no later than 30 days prior to the retreat. Please include a copy of your registration with the payment. Please make checks payable to: Cathy Lundahl. Mail to; 46 Danada Square West #5126, Wheaton. IL 60189. There will be a $25 charge for any returned checks.
Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to offer great scrapbooking events at the lowest possible rates. To do this, we must book our events to capacity and we count on our registered attendees to be there. Therefore a $35 cancellation fee will apply. We understand that there are unexpected situations that could arise, and the staff at A Passion for Scrappin" Retreats will do their best to try and resolve any issues. If there is a wait list and we are able to place someone in your place, we may waive the cancellation fee. There will be no refunds if cancellations occur within 30 days of the event and the full amount will be charged. There will be no refunds for "no shows". A Passion For Scrappin" Retreats LLP is not responsible for any hotel room fees. If an unforeseen event should occur, that is not in the control of A Passion For Scrappin" Retreats LLP, such as fire, flood, tornado, etc., that prevents the event from taking place, we will reschedule the event.
Hotel Rooms
We have arranged special room rates as a courtesy to our scrappers. Hotel rooms must be reserved and paid directly to the hotel by you. Please follow the link on our Hotel Room Reservation page to book your room. Please do not call the hotel direct. In order to receive the retreat discount, room reservations are to be made at least 30 days in advance. A Passion For Scrappin" Retreats is not responsible for guest rooms including reservations, and any items left in the guest rooms.
Equipment Use
The die cutting, eyelet setting, punches, and other scrapbook equipment provided at A Passion For Scrappin" Retreat is for personal use while attending an event. If you are unfamiliar with the equipment, please ask for assistance. Use of any equipment will be at your own risk. You may definitely not eat, chew, sleep with, cook, slice, dice, barter, snort, inject, lick or wear any of our equipment……OK, we were kidding....just checking to see if you were really reading this!
Disclaimers
I understand that the scrapbook equipment (including die cutting machine, dies, punches, eyelet setting equipment, and other equipment at the event, may cause injury if not used correctly and carefully. I agree and hold harmless, A Passion For Scrappin" Retreats LLP, it"s owners, partners and employees, for any injuries sustained as a result from the use of the equipment which has been provided for my use during the event. A Passion For Scrappin" Retreats LLP, it"s owners, partners and employees will be held harmless against any loss, expenses, damages and liabilities in the event of injury or accident that may occur or has occurred at a A Passion For Scrappin" Retreat. A Passion For Scrappin" Retreats LLP, it"s owners, partners or employees will not be held responsible for any and all personal items including those that may become damaged, lost or stolen. By attending our retreats, you consent to the use of photos in which you may appear.
