Platinum Senior Experience Agreement
1. Session Fee & What’s Included
  The total fee for the Platinum Senior Experience is $1800. This fee includes the photographer’s time and talent, up to 2.5 hours of shooting time, a studio yearbook headshot, an online gallery of at least 200 images, from which the client will select 50 images for full professional editing and retouching, and a keepsake set of 4×6 prints of the fully edited images. All fees paid are non-refundable.
2. Gallery Delivery
  An online proofing gallery will be delivered within one week of the photo session.
3. Locations & Travel
  Any location fees, permits, or access costs associated with the client’s chosen location are the responsibility of the client. The photographer does not arrange or guarantee access to locations. Session fees include travel within 25 miles of Northville, MI. Locations beyond this radius may incur an additional travel fee.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
  If illness or unforeseen circumstances prevent the session from taking place, the client may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. If the client chooses to cancel entirely, all payments made will be forfeited. The photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond her control.
5. Image Archiving & File Responsibility
  The photographer is not obligated to retain images beyond six (6) months from the session date. The photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to digital files due to circumstances beyond her control.
6. Liability
  The photographer is not responsible for any injuries sustained by the client or participants during the session. Clients assume responsibility for themselves and their children and release the photographer and her business from any related claims.
7. Copyright & Usage
  All images are protected under Federal Copyright Law. Tracey Lynn Photography LLC retains full copyright ownership of all images created. The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, studio display, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes. A print release is included with all delivered digital files for personal use.
8. Social Media Credit
  Any images shared on social media must be credited to Tracey Lynn Photography.
9. Payment Schedule Acknowledgement
  By signing this agreement, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms above and to the following payment schedule:
- $400 non-refundable deposit due at booking
- $500 due three (3) weeks prior to the session date
- $900 due on the day of the session
