Framing/composition

• Leave ample space around face.
• Submit uncropped images. Wide images are preferred.
• Image area should include upper body.
• Selfies are discouraged.
• Include only one person in the photo.
• Body should be facing the camera.
• Eyes should be looking at camera.
• Only provide color images.

Background

• Keep background clear of distracting elements e.g. a full bookcase.
• Natural backgrounds encouraged.
• Focus should be on the face, background may be out of focus (using “portrait mode”).

Lighting

• Photo should be bright and evenly lit.
• Natural lighting encouraged.
• Avoid harsh shadows.
• Do not use filters.

Resolution

• Please provide the original image at the highest resolution.
• File size must be at least 200kb in .jpg or .png format

Attire

• Business casual attire encouraged.
• Solid colored fabrics encouraged.
• Try to avoid glare on glasses.
