In the event this application results in employment with Beechwood Home, you will be expected to comply with the rules and regulations established by the Facility for the general operations of the Facility, and to further comply with the rules and regulations established in the department to which you are assigned. Further, if hired, your employment is for no definite period, and may be terminated with or without cause and with or without notice.
    5. This application for employment, employee handbook, facility policies, recruiting materials, memorandums and other materials provided to employees in connection with their employment do not constitute a contract of employment, expressed or implied, with applicants or with employees. Employment is "at-will" and an employee may be terminated by Beechwood Home at any time and for any reason. At-will status can only be changed in a written document and signed by the CEO.
