The following form allows for the purchase of event or documentary photographic images and may not apply to some commercial images, composites, editorial, or commissioned works. The creator of the image must be contacted to grant permission to purchase an image usage license. Some images are not available for licensing. For this transaction to be valid, the image creator must approve the image for commercial licensing.

TERMS: I understand that by purchasing this license, the image may only be used by the individual or organization purchasing the license and that the copyright is not being transferred unless a previous contract states otherwise. The image may not be resold by the usage license holder. For licenses that expire, the licensed image may not be reproduced after the expiration date. Products that have already been manufactured using the image may continue to be distributed, but additional products may not be manufactured after license expiration. Web and email usage must cease upon license expiration.
