* I / we understand that if we adopt a dog, we can afford and we will provide professional vet care, and a nutricious diet,. I/we will not use this dog for any purpose other than companionship and agree to provide a safe and enclosed environment for my dog.

I/we understand that ARA Canine Rescue Inc does not allow their adopted dogs to be kept exclusively outdoors or left tethered/chained to a stationary object while unsupervised for more than a short time. I/we understand that our adopted pet could live for 15 years or more and that we will provide a loving home for the duration of our pets life.

*We also agree that if we are required to re-home our dog we will work with ARA Canine Rescue and make proper arrangements and efforts to find our dog a new home.

*No member of our household has ever been convicted of cruelty to animals.
