Are you ready? Heartmade will be back downtown with our amazing event partners for our harvest market! Applications are open to all Texas makers.
Heartmade artists are among the best ambassadors of the art community, and we always want to make sure they are able to find success. We designed this market to ensure that both the artists and the charity would come out on top. The nonrefundable application fee covers the costs of marketing and 100% of the nonrefundable booth fee goes to Artists for Artists. We are not asking for a percentage of your sales and we are not making a profit.
Applicants will be accepted into the market based on a juried selection process. Artists will be selected on the basis of quality, type, and range of price points of merchandise and take into consideration those that best serve the interests of the local community, the market, and our customers.
Event date: Saturday, November 2
Time: 10 am – 5 pm
Application fee: $20 (nonrefundable)
Booth fee: $100 single booth, $200 double booth (nonrefundable)
Applications are due by July 20.
Accepted artists will be notified by July 31.
Payment of the booth fee must be completed by August 15 to secure participation.
Participating artists receive the following:
• Event management and marketing through Heartmade and the Downtown Management District
• Marketing flyers and graphics for use in email and on social media
• 10' x 10' booth space
• Upgrades to 10' x 20' double booth dependent on available space
• Tent coverage (we cannot guarantee individual tents)
• One 8' table and two chairs per 10'x10' booth space
• Parking in a nearby garage for one vehicle

Heartmade does not discriminate against artists on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or disability.
Your space is not guaranteed until the booth fee has been paid. Please do not pay the booth fee until you have received an acceptance email from Heartmade and are instructed to do so.
No refunds or reimbursement of the booth fee or the application fee will made to a vendor for any reason. The booth fees are paid directly to the charity and are often used immediately. If the market has to be rescheduled, we will give you as much notice as possible and your booth fee will be applied to the new date. The application fees are used for marketing the event and website maintenance.
Setup times and schedules will be announced closer to the day of the market. Your booth must be manned at all times by someone who can talk knowledgeably about your work and complete a transaction on your behalf. Heartmade organizers and volunteers are not available for this purpose.
Promotion includes adding a full artist profile to the Heartmade website as well as using your name, logo and any images you submit in Heartmade branded print materials and on our social media channels. Full credit will always be given to the artist. If you would like to watermark your images for an extra layer of protection, please do so before uploading. Artists are required to actively promote the market on their own social media channels.
