To verify eligibility: Only New York State high school students awarded the scholarship for Ying Semifinalists by their Intel ISEF-affiliated regional science fair may submit their work for the Ying Scholar Finals.
Note: Only individual projects can be advanced to the Ying Scholar Finals.
