I understand that this is a $150 session with 3 digital images and if I would like any additional digital images they are $45 each. Because this is a learning session and the student wants to get the most out of my time there, I agree to show up at my specific time slot or 10-15 minutes early and call or text 248-692-4888 once I arrive or if I will be running late.  I agree that I am not sick or that I have not been around anyone who is sick. Only parents or two adults will be allowed at the session.  No additional adults will be allowed unless they are taking home a sibling after their portion, as there is limited space in the studio. 

Please understand that for modeling sessions, everything is provided by Ashleigh Davis Photography and the student. Therefore, there may be specific colors of outfits or props that do not match the color scheme you have provided. Poses are based on what the student wants to learn; therefore, special requests for poses may not be done, but will be considered.

Due to the sensitivity of this mentoring session, I understand that there will be NO video taping or taking pictures by the clients.

If you would like to upload an image or two of your baby with no hat or your nursery we would appreciate it, but it is not necessary to be a model.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

All images are the sole property of Ashleigh Davis Photography and are protected by Federal Copyright laws. Images may NOT be reproduced (which includes copy, scan, download, print, e-mail, etc.). Ashleigh Davis Photography retains the right to all images for promotional use. The client is given printing rights and a print release with their selected images.

After the session you will receive a watermarked, unedited gallery of images in about 5-7 days to choose from and then you will make your selection of images, packages, or products. Then I will fully edit your choices and return the images in about 1-3 weeks via digital download. Unedited or RAW images as well as prints are not provided. I do offer payment plans if you are interested in one if you would like to purchase more digital images.

MODEL RELEASE

I hereby grant Ashleigh Davis Photography and their legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, family, and/or child/ren, or photographs in which myself, family, and/or child/ren will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any other manner of good taste. I hereby release Ashleigh Davis Photography and their legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. I commission Ashleigh Davis Photography, to photograph myself and/or my underage children. In the case that the subject/s is a minor/s, I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian of the child/ren in this session.

I agree to promote Ashleigh Davis Photography and use the specific "web" labeled images provided to me for posting and sharing on the internet, keeping Ashleigh Davis Photography's watermark clearly visible.  I understand that I may not edit, copy, download and re-upload, or print images posted on Ashleigh Davis Photography's facebook page, as the quality of the image declines and is no longer an accurate representation of the original image.
