Coaches and Officials should use this form to update their credentials. The following credentials MUST be submitted by a non-athlete:

• CPR
• Safety Training for Swim Coaches Online Test
• Safety Training for Swim Coaches In Water Skills
• Concussion Training 
  
  

These submissions are recorded manually, so please be aware that it may take up to 72 hours to show a change in Deck Pass. Please note: You must have a USA Swimming login, member ID, and a paid registration in order to have your certifications attached to your record.

 

USA Swimming should automatically update the following credentials to your membership:

• Athlete Protection Training
• Background Checks
• Foundations of Coaching Tests
• USADA Coaching Advantage Tutorial

If your membership record is not automatically updated within 24 hours after completing any of these, please complete the form and submit your results.
