$150 per hour
**The balance is due upon arrival in cash before set up begins.**
1. If I have not received this form before the party and if I have not confirmed the date and time, this contract is null and void.
2. Cancellations: I understand that things happen, so if you need to cancel your event, please do so in a timely manner so that I may still have time to book another event. If I am on my way to your event or have arrived before you cancel, you agree to pay the full amount of the booking, as I have upheld my end of the contract. I will not be driving to the event if there is ice or snow on the roads.
3. Parking: Please leave adequate space for me to load and unload my equipment. The Client will send me any necessary parking passes and/or reimburse me for all parking/admission fees the day of the event.
4. Weather: For the comfort of the guests and myself, the Client agrees to provide an inside area for temperatures lower than ~50'F and higher than ~90'F. The Client agrees to provide a shelter from the elements for me and my supplies if the party is outside. The client agrees to pay the full amount contracted amount once I am traveling to or have arrived at the event location, even if it is raining, hailing, or snowing. I do not drive in snowy or icy conditions.
5. Extreme Adverse Working Conditions: I have the right to cease painting and leave with full payment if there are extreme working conditions and the Client fails to remedy the situation after it has been brought to the Client’s attention. Adverse conditions including but not limited to: destructive, violent, or extremely inappropriate behavior of a child, pet or adult, illegal activities, or otherwise dangerous weather conditions such as extreme heat/cold, snow, ice, hail or lightning.
6. Liability Statement: While I use only professional FDA compliant cosmetic-grade make-up, I am not liable for allergic reactions. Children with skin allergies and/or sensitive skin should either not participate, or have me perform a patch test at the beginning of the event. I will only paint clean faces that are willing to be painted. For sanitary reasons, I will not paint anyone who is or appears to be ill or suffering from: cold sores, pink eye, lice, any infectious skin condition, eczema or open wounds. I will use reasonable care, but I am not responsible for injuries, damage to clothing or property.
7. Supplies and Supervision: I will not supervise children. Their behavior and safety is the client's and/or their parent’s responsibility. I cannot keep an eye on other children and what they are doing while I am working. Please make sure that a parent or guardian is around to supervise the children. The Client agrees to reimburse me for my supplies if ruined by unsupervised children or any of your guests.
8. I will be arriving a bit early to set up. The Client will be in charge of keeping the guests coming to me so I can paint them all in a timely manner.
