Applicants must have a paid ticket purchased through The Arlington Community Education Department before submitting the makeover application.
Application deadline - April 10^th, 2016
Winners must make themselves available during the day of May 10^th for hair and makeup services, time and local destination TBD.
Winners must then arrive at Arlington High School at 6PM on May 10^th.
Winners must be available for a scheduled shopping trip to Lord & Taylor Burlington with Doreen Dove, on either May 22nd or May 23rd.
Winners will be required to sign a photo release form.
