    Welcome to the 18th annual Big Wu Family Reunion Music Festival! Thank you for your interest in vending with us. Please read all information and fill out the entire application. We will e-mail you once we receive a complete application. We look forward to a great festival!

    WHERE: Blue Ribbon Pines - 1901 Klondike Dr NE, East Bethel, MN 55011

    WHEN: August 17-18, 2018

    VENDING FEE: $350 (10ft x 10ft area) or $500 (10x20ft area)

    SET UP: Thursday, August 16 || 5PM

    TEAR DOWN: Sunday, August 19 || 12PM - 3PM
    (all vendors must be closed by 12PM & vacate the area by 3PM sharp on Sunday, August 19)

     

    Additional Information: Admission for (2) staff members is included with the booth package. Additional staff tickets (limit of 2) will be available for $50 if they are requested and paid for upon submitting the application - four (4) is the maximum amount of staff members allowed. All additional vendor tickets must be purchased in advance - they will NOT be available onsite. Electricity is limited so be prepared and bring all necessary materials for this matter. (lanterns, batteries, etc.)
