A vendor table is one 10'x10' booth space on the Saturday of Kalamazoo Pride. If you selected a sponsorship level above, please select N/A for the Vendor Table here, unless you would like to purchase an additional booth space.
(Optional) If placing a Proud Sponsor ad, enter your 40-word submission below. The KGLRC receives the right to edit submissions that don't comply with our mission.
Extras
Late night vendor extension. $20. Break down at 10 pm instead of 8 pm. Please indicate total cost for late night extension (i.e. type $20 per booth).
Electrical cord rental. $10 each. Please indicate total cost for number of cords (i.e. type $30 below if 3 cords are needed).
Eight foot table. $10 each. Please indicate total cost for number of additional tables (i.e. type $20 below if 2 additional tables are needed).
Please note that only two tables may be placed in each booth space. Purchasing an additional table does not provide additional booth space for the table.
Folding chair. $5 each. Please indicate total cost for number of additional chairs (i.e. type $10 below if 2 additional chairs are needed).
Two chairs are included with booth purchase above.
10'x10' tent rental and set-up. $100. Please indicate total cost for tent (i.e. type $100 below).

Deadline

All ad files, logos and payment must be received by Friday, May 8 at 5pm in order to beincluded on the t-shirts and in the Pride Guide.
Accepted File Formats

Files should be built to the purchased ad dimensions listed above and the resolution of all images should be 300dpi at the actual size used. High resolution PDF files are preferred. JPEG and TIFF files are also acceptable. Files can be uploaded on this form or sent to pride@kglrc.org – please indicate the size of the ad purchased.

If you are a Premier, Family or Diamond Sponsor, please also include a one-color version of your business logo for printing on the back of the official Pride t-shirt. Vector art (Illustrator) preferred.
