BIG WU FAMILY REUNION XVIII

Welcome to the 18th annual Big Wu Family Reunion Music Festival! Thank you for your interest in vending with us. Please read all information and fill out the entire application. We will e-mail you once we receive a complete application. We look forward to a great festival!

WHERE: Blue Ribbon Pines - 1901 Klondike Dr NE, East Bethel, MN 55011

WHEN: August 17-18, 2018

VENDING FEE: $800 (10x20ft area)

SET UP: Thursday, August 16 || 5PM

TEAR DOWN: Sunday, August 19 || 12PM - 3PM
(all vendors must be closed by 12PM & vacate the area by 3PM sharp on Sunday, August 19)

Additional Information: Admission for five (4) staff members is included with the booth package. Additional staff tickets (limit of 4) will be available at a discounted price for $50 if they are requested and paid for upon submitting the application - eight (8) is the maximum amount of staff members allowed. All additional vendor tickets must be purchased in advance - they will NOT be available onsite.
All booths must meet health code and be prepared to pass inspection. If a booth does not pass inspection, vending priveleges will be revoked and no refunds will be given.

VENDING POLICIES

* No glass

* No dogs

* No outside firewood

* No roam-vending (unless approved by festival management)

* Your business and your actions must meet all local, state, and federal laws

* You are responsible for providing your own electrical cords and accessories that meet electrical code
~ Please bring, at minimum, 100ft cord.

* You must have current car insurance since you will be driving your vending vehicle within the festival
~ Proof of insurance must be provided along with this application
~ You must have Liability Insurance Coverage with a minimum policy of $1,000,000 and provide an insurance certificate listing Big Wu Family Reunion, Blue Ribbon Pines, and MJG Productions as additional insured

* You must provide your Food Distributor License from the Minnesota Department of Health along with this application
~ You are required to display your vending license at all times

* All menus must be pre-approved. No items may be sold that are not listed on the pre-approved menu

Liability Waiver: by signing this agreement, the vendor assumes all responsibility in or around the vending booth and relieves Big Wu Family Reunion, Blue Ribbon Pines, MJG Productions, and all affiliates of all liabilities. You are responsible for all costs in the case of legal action, be it a patron - the city - and/or Blue Ribbon Pines, against you or us because of your business' actions. If for any reason Big Wu Family Reunion, Blue Ribbon Pines, MJG Productions, or any affiliates is required to obtain legal counsel, attend court, or face the city for your actions, you will be liable for any and all costs incurred without limit (lawer/legal fees, court costs, travel, etc.).

FINAL SUBMISSION

By completing this application, the vendor agrees to abide by all information in this contract. The vendor ensures that all information is filled out fully and correctly and that no items will be sold except those listed on the application. MJG Productions reserves the right to revoke vending privileges, without refund, if the vendor breaches this contract or behaves in an unlawful or unacceptable manner. If you are accepted, you will be notified via email and your vending fee will be kept.*
