Welcome to the West Wall Street vendor application form! We’re excited to invite you to apply for participation in our upcoming event. Before you proceed, please take a moment to carefully review our List of Prohibited Items and our Rules and Policies sheet. Understanding these guidelines is crucial to ensure a smooth application process and successful event participation.

Important Dates:

Application Deadline: This form must be submitted by Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CST.
Notification: You will receive an update on your application status by Monday, March 16, 2026.

Returning Businesses: If you have participated in a West Wall Street event before, please check your email for the appropriate sign-up form on Wednesday, February 18th. If you are having trouble accessing it, feel free to reach out to us at westwallstreet@friendshipwest.org for assistance. Should you proceed with filling out this form and have already participated in WWS, your form will be deleted and you will not be considered for participation in the upcoming West Wall Street event. You must fill out the correct form.

Space Limitations: Please note that there are a limited number of vendor spaces available for this event. To increase your chances of acceptance, ensure that you complete this form thoroughly and double-check for any spelling errors. Accurate contact information is essential; if your details are incorrect, we will not be able to notify you regarding your application. Incomplete forms may hinder your ability to move forward in the application process.

Participation Fees: The cost to participate is $150, with an additional $50 security deposit required upon acceptance as a vendor. Please be aware that adherence to our policies and procedures is necessary; failure to comply may result in a non-refundable security deposit.
