2016 Lunar New Year Celebration--Early Bird Sign Up to Receive a Gift and Raffle Tickets

Organizer: The Confucius Institute at Cleveland State University

This Early Bird Sign-Up form allows you to register early, so you can skip the line on the day of the event. By signing up early, you will recieve an additional raffle ticket as well as a surprise gift. Simply show a confirmation page or ID at the Information/Registration Center on the day of the event, and you'll be able to join in the celebrations right away.

Rules:

1. Please sign up and submit this form to us by 5 pm, Friday, February 19th, 2016

2. Please print out the confirmation page, or show your identifications at the information/registration center at the celebration.

3. You may only redeem the gift and raffle tickets on site, and on February 20th only.

4. One person may only redeem one gift, and may not redeem gifts on others' behalf.

5. Offers valid while supplies last.
