  • Clawfoot Tub Model Call

    This model call will feature the new clawfoot tub that I just renovated for the studio so I can play with what angles, light, poses, etc work best. This model call will also include a FULL regular session with 4 outfits of your choice and a nude/ implied nude set. I have a full client closet for you to choose from as well.

  • The model call experience is a chance to have a FULL MFB boudoir experience at a discounted rate in return for a signed model release. Are you ok with signing a full model release (to be used in any facet online, including social media, and in printed advertising)?*
  • No digital files, prints or products are provided. You will have the opportunity to purchase them and receive 20% off at your viewing and ordering meeting (SAME DAY as your session), and that is the only time they will be available for purchase. Products start at $1440 (with your discount). Do you plan on making a purchase?*

  • *** NOTE: this is a FULL MFB experience. If you do not wish to invest in portrait products, this opportunity is not for you. ***

  • There is a $200 non-refundable retainer (regularly $500) due to secure your date & retain the hair and makeup artist. Will you be able to pay the $200 retainer within 24 hours of being selected?*
  • The day of your session you will spend approximately 5 hours at the studio in Valley Center, CA, including hair and makeup, shoot time, a break for lunch and then your view and order appointment. Are you able to spend this much time for your session?*
  • Are you comfortable with video being included in your session? This might include Facebook live videos as well as recorded videos for use in marketing via social media or my website.*

  • There are several model call options to choose from. Please select as many as you'd like. I will choose 2-4 models for each option. This will be a FULL boudoir experience, meaning their will be time for "regular lingerie" after the model call portion of the session.*
  • Which portrait products are you most interested in?*
  • You will receive 20% off your portrait product order for being part of the MFB model program. Our gorgeous portrait products start at $1440. Some clients spend $2000, some spend $4000 or more, most clients will spend somewhere in between. We have pre-payment plans to help with this purchase. How do you plan to pay for your purchase?   • TERMS - I understand that by signing below I am agreeing to following terms:

    1. Everything I've entered on this form is true to the best of my knowledge.

    2. I understand that if I book a session, I will be required to pay a retainer fee of $200.

    3. I understand that there is a minimum purchase & the $200 retainer fee is non-refundable.
