I have read and understood the terms of this Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of both parties. Any modifications of the Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. Any waiver of a breach or default hereunder stall not be deemed a waiver of a subsequent breach or default of either the same provision or any other provision of this agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois.
Copyright: As a client of Moments in Time Photography By: Melissa Meador, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Melissa Meador are protected by Federal Copyright Laws and that I may not make ANY reproduction of the images in ANY form (print or electronic) without the express written consent of Melissa Meador. I understand that violation of this copyright could result in fines of up to $500 per violation. This inculdes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right clicking, emailing, saving to a harddrive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screenshots. or printing in any manner.
