All applications from SU Affiliated Clubs and Societies must be endorsed by the Chief Executive of the Students' Union who, in consultation with the elected SU Executive Sabbatical Officers will decide whether this project is in line with the priorities of the SU, and will be asked to agree to this statement: "I endorse the project described on this application, and I undertake to supervise the project, ensuring that the money is spent as described, that all reasonable requirements for publicising the support of the Alumni Fund are complied with, and that any other conditions are met if funds are granted. I will ensure that any grant is returned to the Fund if the project does not go ahead as described."
You do not need to take any action to request this endorsement, which will be requested on your behalf automatically as part of the assessment process
