Hello friend!  

Thank you for applying to be a Brand Ambassador for Leighellen Landskov and Leighellen Landskov Photography in Arvada, CO.  I'm so glad you are here!  There will be two programs this year - a model team and a brand ambassador team.  We will work together as one unit but this will allow you to choose a program that is a better fit for you.  If you just want multiple shoots throughout the year, apply to be a model.  If you want to give back to your community & earn a free senior session, apply to be a Brand Ambassador. 

A Brand Ambassador is an important representative for my company.  I am looking for fun, active seniors who want to give back to their community and be leaders in their homes, school, & neighborhoods while actively sharing about their experience with my team.  Your job as a Brand Ambassador is to cultivate a culture of positivity, provide encouraging and supportive feedback on all LLP posts, share images throughout the year on your various social media platforms, encourage your friends to use my services, spread the word about your love for your sessions, and generally get people within your sphere of influence excited about Leighellen Landskov Photography. 

As a Brand Ambassador, you will get to participate in multiple stylized shoots throughout the year and get to spread the word via social media of your AWESOME experience as an #llpba. There's also great incentives like custom swag bags, t-shirts, a huge kickoff party, free coffee with yours truly, and the ability to earn your FREE senior session or even custom products for referrals you send my way.  In addition, you get to be a part of an amazing community of local teens and participate in outreach events and gain community service hours.

Please read the Model Release and Brand Ambassador Contract below to understand the details and expectations if your submission is accepted.  Decisions will be made and announced in April.  If COVID has moved on, our first shoot will be in MAY!   

M O D E L   R E L E A S E 
By signing below, I (Client) am agreeing to allow Leighellen Landskov and Leighellen Landskov Photography (Studio) to photograph me during a mutually agreed upon location and date.  I agree to share images from my session on social media and for marketing purposes without compensation.  I agree to post images to all my social media accounts and update throughout the year.  I will promote Leighellen Landskov Photography and will not have any other photographer or company use my images for marketing purposes.

C O N T R A C T

BRAND AMBASSADORS: I understand that as a Leighellen Landskov Photography Brand Ambassador,  I am expected to attend the launch event in May.  I agree to book my initial senior session in May or June for marketing purposes and to allow enough time to get referrals prior to school starting. I agree to pay the $150 booking fee to schedule my session and reserve my spot.  This deposit is due at the time of scheduling.  

I understand that I have until November 1 to earn referral credits.  I understand that I may choose to either PAY for my senior session in FULL ($500) or I may bring in ONE booked referral and pay HALF ($250) or I may bring in TWO booked referrals and receive my senior session for FREE.  I understand that I will be billed on Nov 1 of the year of my senior pictures if I have not met these minimums.

As a Brand Ambassador, I agree to attend as many outreach events as possible.  I agree to post and share my images on social media platforms and tag LLP.  I agree to support the other BA's and be an encouragement to them.

MODELS:  I understand that as a Model Team member I can come to all extra shoots throughout the year for FREE, simply by choosing to have Leighellen Landskov Photography as my senior portrait photographer. I agree to pay for my senior portraits as a regular client, and recieve all the additional shoots as an added value. There are no further requirements in this program. 

Proof images will be delivered 2 weeks after the date of my senior session. Proof images are delivered via online digital gallery.  I understand that I may choose 20 images from my senior session for final editing.  Final edits include teeth whitening and acne removal for FREE.  Unlimited web sized, logo'd digital downloads are included for posting & sharing on social media at no charge. Custom flash drives are provided at  my Premiere Order Session and include 40+ fully edited digital files with print release from my senior session as well as seasonal stylized sessions throughout the year.

Prints, products, and additional digital files are available for purchase at any time or during my Premiere Order Session.   Minimum purchase of $350 is required at Premiere Order Session prior to graduation.  

The content of the gallery is the discretion of Leighellen Landskov and Leighellen Landskov Photography with your support and suggestion. Leighellen will select the best images and edit them to her discretion and styling.

Images taken during your senior session, marketing sessions, mini sessions, and seasonal session are all the full property and copywright of Leighellen Landskov and Leighellen Landskov Photography.  The images delivered to you via digital download shall not be edited or altered in any way, including additional online filters.  

Leigehellen Landskov Photography will retain the full copyright on all images (including digital files) and reserves the right to display, publish, and print for any reason. Client is prohibited from further editing of images. Client is also prohibited from using photos in contests without written consent from Leighellen Landskov. Client may not, for any reason sell their images to any third party. Client will be granted printing rights in writing for the images chosen during your Premiere Order Session and is allowed to download and use digital files for printing purposes at their chosen vendor.
