    Possibly the most important piece of information comes from those who know you. We ask for a broad list of references and you may not think you have so many people to name here, but think carefully and we promise you do. A professional reference is any person who you know, who knows you, as a result of a working relationship. This isn't limited to your managers, but can also be a team mate, or a teacher. A character reference is any person who you know, who knows you, as a result of a personal relationship. A neighbor, friend, mentor - this can also be family members. Anyone who has seen you at your best and worst and knows how you engage the world in good times and bad. We require two (2) of each kind. All references should be people who are willing to testify to us your integrity, strengths and weaknesses. We are not perfect, we are human. The way we manage ourselves and the history we have with those in our lives is what sets us apart.
