Tickets are $1 apiece. Entrants will collect tickets and will be reimbursed $.60 per ticket. You set your own price (X tickets for X number of wings). The event is on Saturday, October 10, from noon to 3 p.m. There will be judging and a People's Choice Award with a trophy for the best wings awarded around 3:30 p.m.

Vendors are responsible for their entire setup. We do not provide tables, napkins, plates, tents, chairs, electric, etc.

All participants will be responsible for obtaining any necessary Department of Health permits. We have provided applications and you will be under "Glens Falls Collaborative Not for Profit Event". If you are unsure about whether you have the proper permit, please contact your local health department directly.
Upon acceptance, you must agree to provide the Glens Falls Collaborative with a certificate of insurance naming The City of Glens Falls, Warren County and the Glens Falls Collaborative as additional insured. You must also provide a copy of your NYS Department of Health Permit. Your organization must agree to assume responsibility for dispensing food according to the NYS Department of Health Regulations.
Participant fees are not refundable in the case of inclement weather or if the vendor cancels within two weeks of the event. We reserve the right to reject applications for any reason. In the case of a rejection, your booth fee will be refunded. We notify you of application approval within two weeks.
