We will only charge you when your 'Chut Drop is ready to ship. Rest assured, we will notify you before we do that. You can cancel your reservation at any time. No hassels. How? Simply send an email to support@parachut.co with "cancel my reservation" in the subject line along with the name you used to reserve. We'll then send you a confirmation that your reservation has been canceled.
