Dear Crafter,

It’s the time of the year to begin thinking of the Peek’n Peak 30th Annual Fall Fest! The dates for this year’s Fall Fest and craft show will be October 14 & 15 and 21 & 22, 2017. Hours for the show are 10am – 5pm each weekend (Saturday & Sunday). Fall Fest offers crafters both inside and outside booth opportunities. Inside spaces are available in our Main Ski Lodge and outside booths are available around the Main Ski Lodge and Annex Office.

Only items hand-crafted by the exhibitor are permitted. No kits, purchased resin items, etc. will be permitted for this show. The committee is taking extra care again this year to eliminate “buy/sell” items from Fall Fest.

Deadline for submission is August 1st, 2017. After this date, submissions are still accepted, should additional spaces become available. Once applications are received, they will be juried in by our craft show committee. 

Fall Fest Space Options

Please select the weekends that you would like to apply for, you may select both weekends. Note that availability depends on the category of your craft.

Please Note: The cost for a space in the Farmer’s Market is $160 per weekend. Electricity (for indoor spaces only) is an additional $10 per weekend. If you choose for Peek’n Peak to provide tables for your space, there is an additional $5 per table charge.

Hold Harmless Agreement

Our business and/or organization would like to participate in the Fall Festival held at Peek’n Peak Resort on October 14, 15, 21, & 22, 2017.

Consequently, I am signing this Hold Harmless Agreement which releases Scott’s Peek’n Peak Resort and their employees thereof from any and all liability and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Scott’s Peek’n Peak Resort harmless from and against any and all liability arising from the named vendor’s involvement in the Fall Festival at Peek’n Peak Resort on October 14, 15, 21, & 22, 2017.

We also agree to hold harmless and indemnify Scott’s Peek’n Peak Resort and their employees thereof from any and all costs, claims and damages of whatever nature, including but not limited to attorney’s fees for injury or death to persons and damage to property resulting from or caused by, directly or indirectly, the conducting of its vending of anything which is in any manner connected with the permission herein given. 

The permission is not assignable or transferable and is subject to cancellation at any time by any type of notice.

DO NOT SEND PAYMENT WITH YOUR APPLICATION, NO SPOTS ARE GUARANTEED! Upon acceptance into the show, you will receive notice and an invoice for the amount due. 

For the legitimacy of our event, we require a New York State Tax ID. If you need to apply, please visit www.tax.ny.gov and file for the Form DTF-17. Once accepted into the show, you will receive an Accepted Letter from us. We will be asking for your State ID, along with payment.
