Please use this form to help the Leadership Discernment Committee (LDC) gather names of persons who may be interested in serving on one of our denominational boards. LDC members are elected by the Delegate Assembly and appointed by the Executive Board to discern nominees for moderator-elect, Executive Board and boards of the churchwide agencies listed below.

Names submitted will be added to a pool of other names to allow the LDC to strategically invite persons with specific interests and gifts to fit the current needs of the agency boards. Filling out this form will not guarantee that the person listed will be placed on a board or contacted. These names will not be used for any other purpose than stated above.

Note: This form includes questions about gender, general age, ethnicity, geography, specific skills and professional background because the Mennonite Church USA bylaws require the LDC to coordinate various requirements to assure that boards “provide a broad representation of the life and composition of Mennonite Church USA.”
