Vacation Benefit: During the summer program, 12-month enrollment families may go on vacation and have their extended care fees suspended for up to two calendar weeks. The two calendar weeks do not have to be consecutive. Please be aware that the only fees that will be reduced are extended care fees (before and after school hours). The monthly tuition for the core program remains the same.
In order to receive this benefit, all of the following conditions apply.
- This benefit is avalable only in the summer months for a maximum of 2 weeks. You may take more time off if you like, but your fees will not be reduced beyond 2 weeks.
- Fee reductions apply only to full weeks, Monday through Friday.
- In order to plan for adequate staffing levels, you must submit this vacation request form by the following deadlines:
- Deadline May 1 for vacations from May 29 through June 30.
- Deadline June 1 for vacations from July 3 through July 28.
- Deadline July 1 for vacations from July 31 through August 25.
