Family & Newborn Session Contract
Thank you for choosing me to photograph your family! I'm looking forward to working together and providing you with a relaxed and joyful session. This contract and session form is in place so there aren't any surprises and so that you can have the best experience possible.

Which type of location best fits your family? Feel free to select 1-2. Some locations will have more than one of these and we will be able to find a spot that incorporates multiple backdrops See the location guide for visuals of the "mountain" area.
Indoor sessions: Please tell me a little about your home. What rooms do you spend the most time in? What rooms do you feel have the best light?

Terms of Agreement
Permission is hereby granted to April Nissen Photography to use any images created under this contract for professional samples, displays, internet website pages, advertising, exhibitions, contests, and any other purpose. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. The laws of Washington shall govern this agreement.
I will download and back up my images soon after the session. April Nissen Photography is not responsible for maintaining the images after they have been received.
I have reviewed April Nissen Photography's portfolio and understand her style to be connected, joyful and real. April will take 1-2 "smile at the camera" photos but these will not make up the bulk of our session.
I understand that April Nissen is the director of our session and she does not attempt to recreate images from Pinterest or other online sources.
I am welcome to share images of our session with friends and family but that I should not digitally alter the images in any way and it is always kind to tag the photographer when sharing.
April Nissen Photography maintains the copyright on all images but I have the right to download and print the photographs. Not every image taken at our session will be edited and delivered. I will receive at least 75 images and that no additional images will be delivered after the gallery has been received.
There will be no reshoots or additional shoots. The session fee is for one shoot.

THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED, READ, AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT’S CONTENTS.
All parties understand and agree to all that is above. Client(s) agree(s) to only sign if they have read and agreed to the terms of service in this contract and they believe all information is deemed correct to the best of their knowledge. All adults involved need to sign the agreement.
