- All RMA's must be approved by Support with an assigned RT Ticket number.
- Your original store order number must be provided in the form below.
FAX ATA's have a one-year parts warranty. We will replace your unit with a new unit or like-new unit for manufacture defects. Units older than one year from the date of purchase are not eligible for an RMA.
- Once we receive the returned RMA units, they will be inspected and tested. For RMA Units that are found to be operational during testing, you will be charged returned shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
- We will provide a return shipping label valid for use within 21 days upon approval of your RMA. If you decide to ship the units back with your shipping carrier, we highly recommend using delivery confirmation and insurance services.
- You will be billed for any replacement units sent to you if we do not receive the RMA units back with 21 days.
