    The information on this application is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge. I understand that I am giving Hear the Cry the right to use my picture, voice and/or testimony in any form of promotional advertising materials. 

    • I also understand that once accepted to this trip, I agree to set up a fundraising platform and account with Pure Charity using the specific link I will be issued to group me on the appropriate team. This account will be set up within two weeks of my approval to the team.
    • I agree to make a deposit of $25 to complete the registration.
    • I understand I am responsible for the full price of the trip, and understand donations are preferenced but not restricted to this team member.
    • I understand that to remain tax-deductible, donations connot be refunded for any reason.
    • I undersand all donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law, so far as not goods or services were exchanged.
    • I also understand that any funds not raised by support at my trips set payment dates will be charged to the credit card I will provide.

    *Hear the Cry is a DBA under the nonprofit A Jesus Church Family’s 501c3 organization and all donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law, so far as no goods or services were exchanged. To remain tax-deductible, donations cannot be refunded for any reason. Donations are preferenced but not restricted to this team member. You will receive a receipt recognizing your donation in January following the year of donation.
