Every booth worker must register individually (for themselves).

If you have other booth workers that need to register, they must do this themselves & at their earliest convenience.

Booth representative information must be submitted 14 days prior to the MANIA® convention or a $25 onsite badge-printing fee will be assessed.

• All Sponsors/Presenters/Exhibitors are invited to a party on Saturday night in the SCW Suite.
• All weekend, the SCW Suite is open for Sponsors and Presenters ONLY.
• There is NO WEEKEND SUITE access for Exhibitors except for the Saturday night party.

Do you have your own free-standing 8x10 or 10x10 backdrop, or do you require a black pipe and drape backdrop? (Pipe and drape takes up extra space in your booth. To ensure the greatest amount of booth space, we recommend you bring your own freestanding backdrop.)

Please indicate if you will need electricity for your booth. Electricity cannot be guaranteed. We work with non-union hotels so if you bring an extension cord you may be able to plug directly into a wall socket.
