The curriculum vitae, proposal narrative and proposed budget should be a Word document (.doc or .docx) or a PDF document; the professor’s recommendation letter may be in any one of the following file formats: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, csv, txt, rtf, html, zip, jpg, png. The maximum allowable size for all files is 2 MB.
