Thank you for volunteering to plan an event for Prism.

Generally, Prism would like to receive planning guides at least 2 months prior to the event date. This is a guideline not a rule.

If your event has not been pre-approved at a community or board meeting, check the calendar below to check Prism's availability on the date of your event. We avoid scheduling multiple events on the same day. The calendar is updated reguarly but may not be 100% up to date.
