    This means that you will be paying online after you complete your Delegate Registration Form. Please have your Paypal account ready.

  • If your advisor has yet to register your school's delegation, have them do so before you register yourself. If your school does not have a MUN delegation, enter in your school's name below.

    If you are a delegate without a school delegation, you will be paying online after you complete your Delegate Registration Form.

  • Committee/Country Preferences

  • In order to make the most of your PACMUN experience, take the time to research before you enter in your committee/position requests! You can do this through search engines, or through PACMUN's country matrix, found here (will enter in link later).

    Keep in mind -- PACMUN is a 600 delegate conference; the committees/positions you request may not be the ones you are assigned. Also note that if you choose a small committee such as ___ or a well-known country such as the U.S.A. or China, you will be competing with a larger group of applicants for the spot.

  • Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be given unless the conference does not occur or the cancellation arises from medical issues, force majeure, or other circumstances arising beyond reasonable control. These cases will be interviewed on an individual basis.

  • Rooming Policy

  • Except for special circumstances, all delegates will be housed in single-sex, quadruple rooms, at the Seattle Westin. Please note: The registration fee covers only Saturday night.

    School Delegations:

    After registering their school's delegation, advisors will be contacted by the Secretariat and prompted to create and submit a final rooming list. Through this contact, the advisor's delegation will be organized into single-sex, quadruple rooms. If the delegation is not divisible by four, delegates will have the option to upgrade to a triple room for an added price, or combine with members of another school.

    Please note: Students should not contact Secretariat personally. All special requests should be made through advisors.

    Individual Registration:

    If possible, delegates are expected to register through their school.

    If you are home-schooled, or your school does not have a MUN delegation, email delegateaffairs@pacificmun.com to work out your rooming arrangement.
