Making Jewish day schools better for children: leader by leader, teacher by teacher
Thank you for your interest in YOU Lead. This application is an opportunity for us to learn about you and your career as a Jewish educator.

YOU Lead offers a unique learning opportunity, blending the best of online, face-to-face and group learning. This nine month program is designed to take your school leadership skills to the next level by having you reflect on your practices and beliefs regarding Jewish day schools and Jewish leadership.

At the core of YOU Lead's curriculum is an emphasis on developing the language and lens of leadership, and understanding how to successfully lead schools in the 21st Century. YOU Lead challenges assumptions about school leadership by encouraging participants to think differently about what is possible for the future of Jewish education. With personalized attention woven into the foundation of the program, YOU Lead participants benefit from small peer cohorts, monthly meetings with mentors and interactions with the field’s top innovators. Explore topics such as: Creating an Inspiring Vision for Learning, Change Managment, Student Support,Type and Temperament of Leadership, Creating a Culture of Trust, and more.
