    Please follow government guidelines related to travel and COVID-19. The owners of Unit 804 and the Moonspinner property bear no responsibility regarding personal illnesses. Please use good judgment and be aware of any precautions you need to personally take while traveling. Please bring all the needed supplies for your family such as hand sanitizer, face masks, extra hand soap, disinfectant, etc. By agreeing to this document you release these parties from any liability.   
     

    Deposit
    If the booking is more than 30 days in advance a deposit of $300 is required to reserve dates. Upon verification of payment, your reservation will be confirmed. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to Check­In date. For bookings within 30 days, full payment is due immediately. If payment is not received as specified, the reservation is subject to cancellation and any previously paid monies will not be refunded.

    Payments can be made via personal check or credit card.

    Cancellation
    This reservation is non­refundable 30 days prior to Check­In date, however, attempts will be made to re­rent during your original dates. If we are successful in renting (at the same price/same dates), your deposit and/or payment will be refunded. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, it is necessary to notify the owner as soon as possible. Weather-related refunds will only be given in the event of a mandatory evacuation of the area. COVID-19 refunds will be given only in relation to government restrictions on vacation rentals and/or beach closures. 

    Departure
    Please vacate rented premises no later than the posted check out time. Before vacating:

    Strip all used bed linens and place all used towels on the bathroom floor.
    Remove all food items from the refrigerator & kitchen. Leave no food or drink in the unit.
    Bag and remove all garbage and place it in the trash chute next to the elevator.
    Load and start the dishwasher.
    Remove all personal items.
    Turn on the dehumidifier, located on the dryer.
    Shut off all the lights. In the summer, please close the gulf facing blinds.

    THE CONDO MUST BE LEFT CLEAN (AS OUTLINED ABOVE), FREE FROM DAMAGE OR THEFT TO RECEIVE FULL REFUND OF DEPOSIT.

    The refund will be mailed or credited to credit card within 7 days from the check­out date. (We strive to send within 24­hours of checkout.)

    Security Cameras
    Please note our unit has security cameras. They have been installed because we have experienced theft from the cleaning crews in the past. We will have no visibility inside or outside the unit UNLESS a locked closet or cabinet is broken into and opened. 


    Agreement

    We agree to maintain the property in the same condition in which it was found. Reasonable wear and tear accepted. We agree to replace or pay for losses, breakage or damage should such occur. The owner shall furnish all bath towels, linens, and blankets. Beach towels are not provided. OWNER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF TENANT'S PERSONAL PROPERTY.

    House Rules
    No Smoking.
    No Pets.
    No loud parties.
    For the pleasure of other guests, please observe quiet hours between 8 pm and 9 am.
    Maximum Occupancy: 6 people
    RENTER MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER.
    No grilling on the balcony. (Common area grills are available.)
    The premises may not be sublet without the written consent of Owners.
    In the event that activity not allowed per agreement or any unlawful action, the owner shall have the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately with no refund of monies paid.

    I, the renter, will take full responsibility for all occupants and I agree to the above conditions.
