Guys/Girls Fall Campout 2019

This is an PACKED 1-Night CAMPOUT! All equipment (rapelling gear, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, tents), transportation, state-park entrance fees and meals are included. HOWEVER, students need to come prepared with ALL items on the packing list.
Schedule: Saturday November 16, 2019
11:15am: Meet at PCC
12:30pm: Arrive at destination (OXFORD RANCH CAMP GROUND)
12:30-5pm: lunch and hiking/rapelling (ENCHANTED ROCK)
5:30pm: Dinner and evening activiites
Sunday November 17, 2019
8am-12: Breakfast and hiking/rapellling (ENCHANTED ROCK
12:30: Lunch and pack for home
3pm: APPROXIMATE RETURN TIME TO PCC
What to Bring:PACKING LIST
-Large REFILLABLE water bottle with your name on it!
-Long sleeve shirt/pants, close-toed shoes for hiking/rapelling. Students may want to dress in layers for the weather.
-Sensible pajamas---dress for the weather and sleeping outdoors.
-extra blanket (again check the weather)
-change of clothes including socks, underwear, etc. (some people forget these things!!)
-do not bring your phones--Leaders will have phones for communication and emergencies.
*There are showers and bathrooms at the campsites (guys and girls will have separate campsites and do the hiking/rapelling separately.
- Cost is $75
-Must include full deposit ($25) in order to reserve your spot. All payments are due by November 15.
- Deadline to register October 25th 2019
-One you register, you will recieve an email with all details AND a links to download a Trip waiver AND a Medical Release Waiver for ASCEND. Both will need to be downloaded, completed and printed.
