Fairy Tails Rescue, Inc reserves the right to refuse adoption to any Client for any reason. This questionnaire becomes part of our contract. All applications require an application processing fee of $15 to be paid upon submission.

Please understand this $15 application fee does not guarantee you will be approved to adopt the animal in which you are applying for. The processing fee is also non-refundable if approved or denied. We have one main goal - match every animal to its perfect forever home!

The fee will be applied to the adoption fee if approved for adopting. If the pet is not a match for your family, but your application was approved, we will work on finding the best match for your family. The fee and application are good for up to 6 months once submitted.
