The Night Owl Kids Care Standard: All NOKC Caregivers are thoroughly vetted; Clean Federal, state, and local backgrounds (including FBI Fingerprinting), Pediatric & Adult CPR/First Aid/AED, verified work experience and education, annual required trainings with NOKC in child protection, mixed-age group ratios, proper diapering, site safety, event etiquette, privacy & social media standards, cultural competency, food handlers, and health & safety best practices.
