It’s designed to help you reach your goals, to properly evaluate and re-adjust your goals when necessary, and to help you have an empowered relationship with stress, work, relationships, food and body, health and vitality.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often referred to as “tapping,” is a safe and highly-effective energy healing technique that stimulates specific acupressure points on the body to eliminate blockages that are causing or contributing to mental, emotional, or physical pain. By tuning into a problem while tapping specific points, the blockage is corrected, allowing the symptoms to go away, often on the spot.
