2. Do you have video camera (Cell Phone okay) If approved, a Tripod with cell phone holder will be shipped to you. A one time fee of $59.00 + shipping will be sent to you so you can prduce the required high quality Product Reviews. This one time fee will be held out of your first check. After payment for Tripod is received, the Tripod is yours to keep.
3. Are you a member of Second Chance Stroke Survivors Worldwide? If not you must be added prior to doing reviews.
