About
The NKF-CNSW Award for Social Work in a Transplant Setting will be awarded to a worker who has been in the transplant field two or more years and made a valuable contribution to social work in the field of renal social work in a transplant setting.
Standards
- Nominee shall:
- Be a national member of NKF-CNSW in good standing
- Have an MSW degree, and be licensed in their state (if applicable)
- Have been practicing for a minimum of two (2) years
- Nominee shall have made a valuable contribution to social work in the field of renal social work in a transplant setting over time, above and beyond the normal scope a typical nephrology social worker's position.
Guidelines
- Nominations will be distributed to members of the NKF-CNSW Executive Committee for voting.
- Awards will not be granted to individuals who have won the award in the last five (5) years. Click here to view previous winners.
