The Festival has instituted a new policy for 2017 regarding all vendors who sell or sample any type of food product. We will now charge each vendor $30 for the temporary food permit required by Shelby County Health Department. Germantown Festival will get ALL permits and have them on hand when the Health Dept. Inspectors come out on Saturday morning to conduct inspections. This will eliminate your need to go to the Health Department in person to get your permit and will allow for a smoother process for inspections. All Shelby County Health Department regulations must be followed, including hand washing, test strips, sampling procedures, etc. I will need your check for the additional $30 payable to Germantown Festival in order to complete your 2017 registration.
