If you need to cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations/reschedule with less than 24 hour notice are subject to 50% of the service price. No Show will be charged the full service price. A missed appointment/No Show with a Gift Certificate/Voucher will render Gift Certificate redeemed. Please also note, if you are late your service may be shortened. Services booked at a promotional price cannot be refunded. I'm a small appointment based business and these charges cover my time and allows me to continue operating my business. I value your business and appreciate your cooperation with my cancellation policy.
