You will be required to provide a Preparation Sheet for your Workshoppers prior to their Class. This should detail what tools or items that are not included in the price and for them to bring along with them.
Please keep in mind your Class is strictly a TWO HOUR time slot. There is a 30 min pack up and clean up allocated directly after the conclusion of your session. Please ensure your presentation stays within the 2 hours. If not, please notify Bambi immediately to ensure extra time is allowed to you. You are also encouraged to come to the Studio and explore and make sure you are aware of what is available for you to utilise. Location of toilets, coffee machine, power points etc. Bambi will work closely with you to ensure you have everything you need.
The Final Price for your Workshop will include costs associated with Room Hire, Catering, Apron supply and the Booking Fee. A small component will also cover the Marketing & Advertising conducted by Photography by Bambi. We are estimating this cost will be around $25 - 35 pp depending on Workshop length & inclusions. You are not required to spend any money on advertising your Workshop, however you are encouraged to share on any of your Social Media Platforms or Word of Mouth.
In the event that less than the minimum number of 4 spots are booked, that Class will be either Postponed to your next nominated time slot or a Refund provided to the students, whichever they prefer.
The Saturday session has the ability to extend into a Half or Full Day Masterclass if you feel your workshop needs the extra time. Please let me know if you are basing your workshop on a Masterclass.
