PLEASE NOTE: as per Chapter 12 of the National Policies and Procedures of the Association the Club President and Club Treasurer must submit a Criminal Record Check (CRC) and a consent form within two months (60 days) of being elected. Results must not be older than three months (90 days); results that are more than 90 days old will not be accepted. Once the check results are submitted, they are valid for three years from the date on the record check. If your Club President and/or Club Treasurer submitted Criminal Record Check or Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) results dated "2020", they do not need to resubmit this year.
If you are unsure if your Club President and Club Treasurer require a new CRC or VSC, Jenn Haug (firstname.lastname@example.org) would be happy to check for you.
More information about Kin Canada's Volunteer Screening Policy is available on iKin under Volunteer Screening.
IMPORTANT: Results of the check and the consent form must be sent to Kin Canada no later than November 15, 2022 to maintain the Club's Good Standing.
