If you have a photo of this person you'd like to uplead for their badge, please make sure it's a recent photo where their face is cnetered, looking directly at the camera and the face fills as much of the frame as possible. It doesn't have to be an ID photo, but something along those lines. Take a look at the example below, if it helps.

It's best if the picture is square, and ideally would be .jpg. 2 MB max, please.

We may have to edit the picture to make it fit, or we may ask to re-take the picture when they arrive. 

But don't worry too much about it, the final photo will only be about 1" square on the badge. We just want a good picture of you.
