Conditions of Fostering
- Foster parent shall ensure that cat has access to proper food, water, litter, shelter, and veterinary care at all times.

- BARKS shall have the right to remove this cat from the foster's property if not satisfied with the conditions concerning the maintenance of the cat.

- If circumstances make it impossible to keep fostering this cat, the foster parent shall not abandon it or give it away, but return it in a healthy condition at no cost to BARKS.

- Foster parent shall make cat(s) or kitten(s) available for adoption days and adopter visits.

- The foster parent shall obtain any required licenses or tags from the municipality in which the foster is a resident.
